Come be part of our Grand Opening Team bringing this exciting concept to Myrtle Beach April 2024!
We will be holding an in house job fair at the new location! Please come by for open interviews to join our team. April 9th thru the 17th or until we are fully staffed from 2-6pm. Our store is located at Broadway At the Beach, in between The Stupid Company and Claire's across from the kids playground.
The Baked Bear offers over a dozen baked from scratch original-recipe cookies and ice cream flavors, giving guests a chance to mix and match cookies or brownies for their top and bottom while choosing their favorite ice cream in the middle. Before they are served guests can choose if they want their sandwich rolled in toppings and get their sandwich warmed up.

In this job you will provide exceptional customer service to all customers by receiving and preparing customer orders in an efficient manner by performing the following duties. This person should possess all qualities of our core values.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store.
2. Applies knowledge of the Baked Bear products and assists customers through the ordering process.
3. Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
4. Follows all training steps and processes.
5. Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction.
6. Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures.
7. Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner.
8. Follows company operational processes with opening/closing lists.
9. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be professional, punctual, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
